Daria Linhart Grudzien has nearly a decade of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a primary focus on reliability engineering. Throughout her career, she has supported production systems for a range of organizations, from fast-growing Silicon Valley startups to a major public cloud provider. She is particularly proud of her work in incident response and improving the on-call experience for those carrying the pager.
Daria is an active contributor to the open-source community, helping to organize technical events. She currently leads the Communications Team for EuroPython and previously has been co-organizing the Czech PyCon conference.
